Based around a quad band-pass filter setup, the Grendel Formant Filter V2.2 offers an additional mode that sports a fifth low pass filter for extended bass response along with a bypass mode for A/Bing or use as a performative effect. The X and Y parameters offer a wide variety of vowels while the size control reformats the shape of the mouth for deeper or higher vocal effects, and CV control of each parameter offers automated and talking-like effects to any incoming signals. With gain control and the option for brushed aluminum or sleek matte black, the Grendel Formant Filter V2.2 is a perfect effect for synthetically humanizing and vocalizing your modular sounds.
