Blue Lantern Hermippe

The Hermippe VCF from Blue Lantern Modules is a voltage controlled filter primarily concerned with low end. It makes use of a JRC 13700 OTA dual VCA chip, that produces both 12db Low pass and high pass behavior. The Hermippe also makes use of a 2 channel internal mixer, and bi-polar FM input. The ping input on the Hermippe allows a trigger to “ping” the filter, which is extremely useful for booming percussive sounds, as well as mids focused tom-like sounds. This serves to make Hermippe an ideal utility module perfect to tame bass sounds, as well as to produce some of its own!
